Online Coaching

POA

Passing on the ability to innovate is actually an oxymoron. Everyone already has within the them the ability to innovate and be inventive. Our innovation coaching simply helps bring that out of you.

Focusing on how you have been encouraged (or discouraged) to innovate in the past and helping you to unlock your own potential and innovative style. The online coaching is conducted over Skype or Zoom and takes the form of hour-long sessions – at least once per month – in which we catch up, assess the previous period (both good and bad) and focus on the positive steps to take before the next session in order to produce improved results.

Over time this allows you to better identify your own blockers to innovative ideas, assess the positives and negatives of your innovative ideas so that you can improve the quality of those innovations in future.

All of which can be conducted without you needing to leave your own desk.

Our innovation coaches are experienced creatives, with their own histories of innovation and invention to bring to bear. They work with people of all ages and backgrounds to help inspire and encourage innovation to thrive.

The process usually starts with a brief call to ascertain the reasons that improved innovation is required in your business and to assess the environment in which it is being asked to flourish within.

After which we then start with an hour-long session with you or your team member in which we dig deep into your present feeling toward innovation and creation. Helping us assess the level of coaching you will require and what other factors may affect your progress.
