Teaching the ability to innovate is not strictly possible. Everyone already has within them the ability to innovate and invent. What often restricts this is their upbringing, their environment, their fear and outside influences. What our innovation coaches do is focus on helping them remove those barriers, break down those boundaries and free themselves up to allow innovation to flourish.

Working with a group is highly effective, it encourages interaction and the sharing of ideas. Sharing ideas generates feedback, refinement of those ideas and the spawning of better ones.

Group coaching is an extremely powerful and efficient way to generate an environment that nurtures and encourages innovation.

Our innovation coaches are extremely skilled and experienced innovators, creators and inventors in their own right. They have been involved in the generation and development of hundreds of ideas and innovations in their careers and know what the barriers to innovation are. More importantly, they know how to break them down.

We begin with a brief phone conversation to identify your aims and objectives, understand why your team requires assistance in improving innovation and get an idea of the environment around them.

From there we would book in an initial discovery session with your team to get their thoughts. After which we can organise the group coaching to start, taking all we have learned to make the biggest impact as quickly as possible.
