Public speaking is something that often strikes fear into even the most successful of business leaders. In a survey from around 2013 it was found to actually rank above the fear of death in it’s anxiety score.

But the truth is, public speaking doesn’t have to be scary, difficult or panic-inducing. In fact, public speaking can be invigorating, uplifting and inspiring. It can fill you with a sense of worth and confidence unlike almost anything else.

So, our coaching focuses on first helping you overcome the fear, the anxiety and the worry. Teaching you how to cope with those stressors and those blocks that prevent you from speaking publicly. Removing those things that stop you from being able to stand before a room of your peers, deliver a presentation to your board of directors or stand on a stage and pass on the fruits of your knowledge to others.

Our public speaking coaches are themselves, skilled public speakers. Speakers who will pass on their tips, their tricks and their know-how to you and/or your team. Turning you into more confident and less-fearful public speakers.

We begin with an initial free conversation of between 15 and 30 minutes with yourself and/or your team member(s) to understand what your present fears and worries about public speaking are. What you are most concerned about and the biggest issues that need to be overcome.

From there, we arrange to meet with you one to one and work on your public speaking skills and helping you overcome your fears and difficulties. Whatever those might be.

Working together we can get you standing confidently before an audience before you know it. Please be sure to book at least a week in advance to avoid booking issues. If you provide a preferred date we will be in touch to confirm with you and one of our coaches will be contacting you soon.
